A specialized process of expertly guided, private and therapeutic writing through your life story. Takes you to the beginning of your life and walks you forward to the present, clearing up unresolved experiences as we go. The writing is intense in a most wonderful way.

In the second part, you will grapple with the original idea of you, experiment with exciting ways to continually clarify and body this forth.  Total of 10 weeks.

We live in a culture that offers every imaginable way to remain out of touch with yourself.  In the busy-ness of your days, you could live your whole life and never see your own original face. Life writing is a sacred responsibility for most of us. 

The sessions are typically conducted face-to-face in small groups of eight (8), but many have been teleconferenced, so participants can lifewrite from the comfort of home and from anywhere in the world.
